The Council is the governing body of the Northeast Branch, and is composed of the President, immediate Past President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, the National Councilor, Alternate National Councilor, and three local councilors. The Council exercises general control over Branch affairs and determines policies, arranges meeting programs, administers finances, and decides the annual dues to be paid by members.
